Etp Supervisor

**Supervisor - ETP, STP, WTP**

**Required Exp : 5-7 Yrs (Min 3 yrs in O&M of ETP/STP & WTP)**

**Education**: Bsc/Msc-Chemistry, Bsc/MSC-Enviro, Dip-Chem/BE Chem

**Location**: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

**Preferred Industry Exp -** FMCG/Process/Spec Chemical/Food/Pharma Industry

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Should be well versed and hands on with ETP with DAF, UASB, Aerators, MBR etc.

2. Should be able to provide solution to the problems arises out of ETP operation & guide the team to execute the solutions to get the sustainable ETP operations and get the treated water asper the consent norms.

3. STPs - Hands on experience on Operation, Maintenance, and get the treated water as per the consent norms.

4. Should know the Effluent Analysis in lab and records of that.

5. Supervision of the ETP & STP- O&M contract

a. Review & Monitoring of the overall operations,

6. Co-ordinate with related process departments for plant operation planning, Monitoring of all effluent streams coming from different departments

a. Review & monitor the PM activities

b. Review the various records and reports as per defined frequency

c. Report in case of any abnormality, breakdown, assistance required

d. Monitoring corrective/preventive actions as required

e. Co-ordinate for any spares/ consumable requirement for the ETP & STP plant, ETP Lab

f. Provide procurement assistance - raising PR for the spares/ consumables through SAP module

7. Co-ordinate with External parties/vendors/Labs for the required testing/jobs for the smooth functioning of the plant

8. Statutory Compliances - Documentation, All MPCB, MIDC, Fire office reporting directly as well as through their portal,

9. Liaising with MPCB, and ETP consultants.

10. Organizing in co-ordination with plant team and the consultant for Environment monitoring sampling.

11. Maintain the calendar and Co-ordinate with Client for the regulatory fillings / payment of fees/ charges as per the defined schedule

12. Performing all work in conformance to the Safety norms of the company.

13. Review and Monitor 5S of the ETP

14. Should know PR, PO process

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
