- Job Description- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving business in the region through the Agency channel
- Ensure diversification of portfolio into motor, non-motor, and health products.
- Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure the achievement of business targets.
- Ensure month-on-month activation of agents as per targets set.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- Responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring the sustenance of the existing business.
- Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
- Identify the area of improvement & enhance business opportunities.
- Responsible for explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business leads & networking through agents.
- Key Requirements:
