Placement Officer

YOUniTE is offering a comprehensive 3-month course in Investment Banking Operations, followed by job placements for our students. We are seeking a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for establishing alliances with Investment Banking Operations companies, ensuring successful job placements, and driving sales for our products and services. The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining, planning, and tracking placement records, as well as building and managing relationships with clients. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to oversee the entire end-to-end process of sales and placement-related tasks.
**Responsibilities (Sales)**:
- Identify and target suitable corporate clients for YOUniTE's products and services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiating contracts and preparing proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive future business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss offerings and create tailored proposals.
- Track all client communications, review proposals, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
**Responsibilities(Student Placement)**:
- Foster alliances with Investment Banking Operations companies to facilitate student job placements.
- Maintain accurate and updated placement records for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Align training programs with the requirements of Investment Banking Operations companies through collaboration with internal teams.
- Act as a representative of our company to external stakeholders, including industry professionals and organizations.
- Coordinate placement drives, career fairs, and networking events to connect students with potential employers and improve program effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in the field of Investment Banking Operations or related roles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with industry professionals and companies.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage placement records and processes.
5. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire placement process from start to finish.
6. Familiarity with recruitment practices and job market trends within the Investment Banking Operations industry.
7. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
