**Designation**: Technology Administrator

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Setting up IT policies and practices in place for the organization.
- Responsible for managing the company's mobile app
- Managing the virtual event platform for all virtual events, which includes setting up the events with the events team, building custom events using our virtual platform, designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems, etc.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures for data safety to prevent potential threat
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures, conducting updates and run checks for viruses and spyware
- G-Suite management for the organization

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle or Cisco certification.
