This role involves maintaining both software and hardware systems, as well as implementing security protocols to protect our data and optimize our workflows.

Key Responsibilities-Google Workspace Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Google Workspace, ensuring secure and efficient operation of email, Drive, and other collaboration tools.IT Security & Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, enforce IT security policies, and conduct regular security audits to safeguard our network.Hardware & Software Maintenance: Oversee company hardware and software, perform troubleshooting, and ensure assets are uptodate and compliant.User Support: Provide technical support and training for team members, optimizing their use of Google Workspace and other IT resources.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience with Google Workspace administration, IT security, and network management.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
