Bench Sales Recruiter

**Location**: Kanpur
**Job Type**: Full-time, Night Shift
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 + PF + Incentives per closure
**Office Timings**: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
**Weekends**: Saturday and Sunday off
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Source and identify requirements from top vendors
- Maintain relationships with employees, vendors, and clients
- Market bench consultants to suitable requirements
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail
- Support team during client walk-ins
- Maintain database of screened and submitted profiles
- Post resumes on Dice, Monster, Hot Jobs, Net-Temps, etc.
- Submit profiles to Lead or Client Manager
- Follow up with vendors on submitted positions
- Schedule interviews, follow up, and negotiate offers
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and active listener
- Strong interpersonal skills
**Requirement**:
- Open for night shift
- Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
