**We are looking forward to hire Teamcenter Professionals in the following areas**:
**Job Summary**:
1. Responsible for Team Center system configuration, maintenance, ongoing support and development.

Responsible for working cross-functionally with other departments (Finance, Operations and etc.) to cover business needs and functionality for the local ERP system.

2. Support migration of local ERP to Global SAP HANA, via gathering requirements from functional managers, support functionalities needed, and involving in testing’s.

3. Responsible for PLM Teamcenter systems configuration, maintenance, ongoing support and development.

Responsible for working cross-functionally with other departments (RnD, engineering, quality and etc.) to cover business needs and functionality for the Teamcenter PLM system.

4. Responsible to support SAP PLM implementation and will align with the strategic roadmap of Product Lifecycle Management and will Act as a point of contact for PLM system, C2P process definition and implementation; effectively and efficiently resolving issues to improve user experience and business processes.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Local ERP & PLM:

- Gather requirements from process SMEs, functional managers and develop technical solutions.
- Install and Upgrade local PLM/ERP environments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues at various levels like installation, deployment, configuration, server side and client-side issues for all systems etc.
- Manage and priorities vendor’s tasks and schedule.
- Develop migration strategies and execution.
- Support system administrator tasks as required such as system upgrade test and validation, and end user support.
- Guide and lead the developers to the desirable solution, which be addressed and implement to the business.
- Plan and execute the delivery and acceptance testing as well as internal communication and training.
- Hands on implementation and configuration capabilities.
- Partner with business teams to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data.
- Gather requirements from process SMEs, functional managers to support needs in global SAP HANA solution.

2. Global SAP PLM:

- Assist in gathering requirements and needs for system demo for main company product ranges.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are meet for system demo milestone.
- Guide and lead the developers to the desirable solution.
- Plan and execute the delivery and acceptance testing.
- Hands on implementation and configuration capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and document the business rules and requirements from internal functional business units. Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows; and work closely with developers.
- Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues at various levels like installation, deployment, configuration, server side and client-side issues.
- Partner with business teams to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data.

**Education and Experience**:
1. Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

2. 3+ years experience working on projects or support role in PLM software system Teamcenter.

3. Sound understanding, and knowledge of product development processes supported with one of the leading PLM software’s such as SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, etc.

4. Experience administering and troubleshooting.

5. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills and ability to coordinate tasks and timelines on projects.

6. Effective communication and organization skills to work well with customers on multiple takes and projects.

7. Ability to collaborate with and train internal customers while working in a team environment.

8. Proven project leadership experience.

9. Strong Communication skills.

10. Detail oriented.
