PLM Team Lead (Teamcenter & Mentor Graphics)As the Development

TeamLead for the PLM,

you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionalsand overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring high-qualitydeliverables, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Your strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to mentor andguide team members will be critical in driving technical excellence andachieving project goals.Responsibilities:Provide strongleadership to the team by setting clear expectations, goals, and objectives.Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance and maintaina positive work culture.Set clear technicalobjectives and monitor progress, ensuring efficient workflow and timelycompletion of deliverables.Should have flexibilityto take different roles and responsibilties within the organization.Monitorsprint/release progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implementappropriate mitigation strategies.Conduct technical reviews and provide feedbackto ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.Serve as point ofescalation for issues related to the services provided.Collaborate withother technical leaders or teams to address cross-functional technicaldependencies or integration challenges.Direct enterpriseeffort to define architecture standards that are aligned with business goals,IT strategy and enterprise architecture visions.Drives execution ofBusiness Requirement along with the team including research, analysis, design,proposal, and delivery of solution.Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computerscience, information technology, business informatics).Proven experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role,preferably within a similar industry or domain.Strong technical expertise in the relevant technologies, platforms, andtools as mentioned below.

Strongprogramming skills for Teamcenter client customization based on ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) using JAVA, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery,AJAX, Velocity, Web-Services (SOAP and REST), Apache Subversion, Python, Shelland PowerShell.

oStrong Technical Skills on Active Integration Gateway(AIG) Architecture to enable bidirectional data integration and processcoupling between Teamcenter Reporting and Analytics and SAP

oStrong “Teamcenter Reporting and Analytics” (TcRA) skillsto support the implementation of Siemens Healthcare Project.

Perl and Commandline utilities for Dispatcher Module

ITK Server SideCoding experience using C & C++ including Teamcenter Workflows.

Good knowledge indigitalizing processes in ALM and PLM.

Interfacing andIntegration, orchestration of various ALM/PLM tools with/without Middleware.

Good to haveknowledge on tools like PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Mentor Xpedition.

Overview on datamigration including data transformation, data cleaning etc.

TeamcenterConfiguration (BMIDE, Queries, Workflows, Authorization, Preferences and ActiveWorkspace).

TeamcenterAdministration and BMIDE update/deployment.

SOA basedDispatcher Module Configuration & Customization

Teamcenter ActiveWorkspace Client (AWC)

Engineering Billof Material (eBOM), Manufacturing Bill of Material (mBOM), Bill of Resources(BoR), Bill of Process (BoP)

Change ManagementBusiness Process in Teamcenter (CMII)

Basic knowledgeof Siemens PLM NX Connected products for Modelling, Drafting and Sheetmetaletc.

Proven Expertisewith Distributed Enterprise Architecture and Integration of Large-ScaleSoftware Systems

Demonstrableexperience of working in Agile SCRUM framework with SAFe methodology.

Good programmingskills in Java for Plugin implementation in Mentor Capital & Mentor Xpeditionand also for Teamcenter client customization based on Service OrientedArchitecture (SOA) using Java.

Mentor Expedition& Mentor Capital (Topology, Logic, Harness and Library) Integration toTeamcenter.Experience in mentoring and coaching teammembers to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.Experience using Polarion within a regulatedindustry (medical device, aerospace, financial, automotive, etc.).Experience on DEVOPS, Quality, IT security andITSM-requirements.Initiative-taker who drives pro-actively activities which are in ownarea of responsibility.Being available on-call for emergency situations.Manage service development and innovation.
