Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation meet established standards.

Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant or establishment.

Menu Planning: Contribute to menu planning and development of new dishes, ensuring authenticity and innovation.

Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed.

Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to take special requests or provide information about the dishes.

Adaptation: Be adaptable to changes in the menu, kitchen routines, or special dietary requests.

**Skills**:Culinary Skills: Proficient in Chinese cooking techniques and familiar with a variety of regional Chinese cuisines.

Creativity: Ability to innovate and create new dishes while maintaining authenticity.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.

Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to the quality and presentation of dishes.

Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:
Culinary Education: A degree or diploma in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience as a Chinese Cook or in a similar role is often required.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

Communication: Good communication skills, especially when collaborating with kitchen staff and interacting with customers.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the kitchen's requirements and changes
