**A Snapshot of Your Days**:
Your role as an SAP FSM Techno-Functional consultant is to work daily with global business users who submit tickets about problems/errors they encounter on the global service tool. You will coordinate and work with the appropriate IT development and middleware Teams to find a solution that meets the agreed operation Level Agreement and fix it within the agreed Service Level Agreement.

Besides that, you will take part in the Regression testing and smart form creation for the product and join the sprint Development meeting to understand and keep up with the ongoing developments.

Work closely with stakeholders, expand your network and prepare yourself for future global roles at Siemens Energy

**How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities**:

- Respond on the Ticketing tool to any SAP issues with the team according to the agreed SLA.
- Service framework knowledge is required. ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.
- Develop forms that are needed during Field Service Execution in cooperation with various Field Service and Engineering Experts. These include datasheets, status updates, timesheets, change orders, safety forms, etc.

**What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities**:
You should have an Engineering degree (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification (MCA). You should be eager to learn and have visualization skills. You should have good communication and analytical skills.
