**Rishibhumi is a premier Naturopathy Resort center dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being through natural and alternative therapies.**

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their **wellness needs and goals**, and recommend appropriate services and products offered by the wellness center.

2. **Build and maintain strong relationships with Travel Partners, Corporate, Events Planner and Wedding Planner through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service, with the aim of fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business**.

3. Conduct sales consultations and tours of the wellness center facilities, showcasing the benefits of our services and addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to health and wellness, and use this knowledge to position our offerings effectively.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation using our CRM system, and provide regular reports to management.

7. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to stay updated on the latest sales techniques and wellness industry trends.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. **Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness and tourism industry**.

3. **Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients**.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our wellness services and products.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or B2B Market.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

7. Familiarity with sales tracking tools preferred.

8. Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others improve their well-being.

**Work Location**: Delhi

Pay: ₹10,089.52 - ₹37,417.56 per month
