**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of clients, incorporating best practices, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, covering areas such as project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Customize training materials and delivery methods to meet the specific requirements and learning styles of participants, ensuring maximum engagement and knowledge retention.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, discussions, and role-playing exercises to encourage active participation.
- Assess trainee performance through simulations, assessments, and feedback sessions, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive guidance for skill development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and solicit feedback from participants to continuously improve program content.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in project management through continuous learning, certification programs.

**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
