:Years of Experience: 10 to 18 yearsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum

10+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and delivery

.experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.understanding of project management methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and customization.

1.Project Delivery Management

:end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Odoo implementations and projects.with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

2.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, consultants, and project managers.a collaborative and innovative team culture.guidance and support for professional development.

3.Client Engagement:and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality Odoo solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

4.Technical Expertise:Possess in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and related technologies.updated on the latest trends and advancements in Odoo and related fields.technical guidance to the team and assist in problem-solving.

5.Risk Management:and mitigate project risks.effective risk management strategies to ensure project success.

6.Resource Allocation:team productivity and ensure the utilization of resources.Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.to drive the overall Project Delivery to a successful conclusion requires strong Project Resource Management Allocation skills and a good technical background.be able to map the end user requirement with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP.and Oversee detailed project plans.Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Review Meetings for the Technical Team.analyse, and recommend business systems solutions to management having a broad business impact.detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Identify ERP project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates. Can assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP Project
