1. Egg boiling or Omelet for Breakfast

2. Chutney pre-preparation

3. Breakfast getting ready with chefs’ guidance.

4. Breakfast Staff food to keep out for service.

5. Vegetable cutting for lunch and Dinner

6. Making exclusive dishes like salt less, bland food, no spicy, no garlic onion dishes for patients with chefs’ guidance.

7. Vegetables preparation for next day’s Breakfast

1st shift: 7:30am - 1:30pm(6hrs) - (1hr Break) & 2:30pm - 9:30pm(6hrs)

1. Vegetable Boiling

2. Rice washing and making note in register for lunch

3. Making exclusive dishes like pasta, noodles, akki roti, Ragi ball, jowar roti for patients with chefs’ guidance

4. Roti making pre-preparation and rolling Lunch

5. Lunch Staff food to keep out for service

6. Vegetables preparation for next days Breakfast

7. Dinner preparation for Dalia, oats and wheat Dosa

2nd shift: 9:30am - 4:30pm(7hrs) - (1hr Break) & 5:30pm - 10:00pm(5hrs)

1. Dal washing and making note in register for lunch and Dinner

2. Making Omlette for lunch both patient and staff

3. Rice washing for Dinner

4. Roti making pre-preparation and rolling Dinner

5. Batter For next day’s breakfast

6. Dinner Staff food to keep out for service

7. Vegetables preparation for next day’s Breakfast.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
