Profile introduction
- A real estate sales executive should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They should also be knowledgeable about legal and financial aspects related to property transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Interacting with potential buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- **Property Listings**: Listing properties for sale or rent through various channels such as online platforms, newspapers, and real estate publications.
- **Property Showings**: Arranging and conducting property showings for potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating prices and terms of sales or rental agreements between buyers and sellers.
- **Market Analysis**: Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on real estate trends, prices, and competition in the local area.
- **Networking**: Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, lenders, and legal professionals.
- **Documentation**: Assisting clients with the preparation and completion of necessary legal documents and contracts involved in property transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Marketing**: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- **Closing Deals**: Facilitating the closing process by coordinating with all parties involved, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Licensing**: Must hold a valid real estate license in the respective jurisdiction.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients and the agency.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and regulations.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- **Networking Abilities**: Ability to build and maintain a network of clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set goals, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations governing the real estate industry.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
