ApClub is seeking an experienced Running Coach to join our dynamic team and lead group sessions focused on introducing the general population to running for fitness. If you have a strong background in coaching, a love for running, and the ability to motivate and guide individuals of all fitness levels, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Group Running Programs**: Create engaging and effective running programs tailored to individuals of varying fitness levels within a group setting.
- **Conduct Group Training Sessions**: Lead energetic and inclusive group running sessions, providing instruction on proper running techniques, warm-up exercises, and cool-down routines.
- **Motivate and Inspire Participants**: Foster a positive and encouraging environment to motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals, while promoting the numerous benefits of running.
- **Provide Individualized Guidance**: Offer personalized coaching and feedback to participants, addressing their unique needs and challenges to enhance their running experience.
- **Ensure Safety and Wellness**: Prioritize participant safety by implementing proper warm-up and cool-down practices, monitoring form, and addressing any potential risks or concerns during sessions.
- **Stay Informed on Fitness Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in running and fitness to continually enhance the quality of group sessions.
- **Build Community**: Foster a sense of community among participants, promoting camaraderie and support within the ApClub running program.

Qualifications:

- **Certification**: Possess a relevant certification in running coaching or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in coaching individuals and groups in a fitness setting, with a focus on running programs.
- **Passion for Fitness**: Demonstrate a genuine passion for running and fitness, with a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with participants and create a positive group dynamic.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt coaching techniques to accommodate participants of various fitness levels and backgrounds.
- **Team Player**: Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members to contribute to the overall success of the ApClub fitness programs.
