**Responsibilities**:

- Generate revenue through structured tele-counseling sessions about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved to prospects and convert them to paid enrolments.
- Achieving the weekly/monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment
- Should be able to maintain and update all the details pertaining to lead discussions and conversion in real time on CRM software.
- Identifying references through existing students’ bases to increase the sales pipeline.
- Should be able to maintain and update all the details pertaining to lead discussions and conversion in real-time through Excel.

**Requirement**:

- Great Problem Solving and Communication Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Business Growth fields like Sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of different career fields.
- Exemplary sales and negotiation skills while having a student-first approach.
- Possesses strong research skills.
- Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively - oral and written.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working on tight deadlines.
- Availability during daily office hours from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
