Position: Liaisoning/Public Relations Manager

Experience: Min 5 yrs in real estate

JD
- Attend and follow up on all legal matters in court
- Ensure all compliances are followed up and met
- Keep in touch with Police station matters
- Follow up on Plan sanctions and other requirements for residential properties
- Reniew and maintain Labour Liscences
- RERA
- Coordinate with bank project approvals
- Title opinion of lands
- Drafting of documents like JDA/GPA etc
- Conducting registeration of apartments etc

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560071, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work in Real Estate (as PR): 4 years (required)
