The Energy Transition Graduate Program provides you with a rotation scheme to experience two different missions across two years in one of our three career paths: Technology, Commercial and Culture.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Your first mission: You will learn Procurement, Contract, Project Management, Cost Estimates, and Project Risk Factor analysis.**

**Procurement Concept**
- Comparison between Buying, Purchasing and Procuring
- Basics of the Purchasing process
- key deliverables ( BOR /CBT/PO /CO)

Key Concepts of the Purchasing process
- Commercial Terms Viz Incoterms, Insurance, Compliance metrics
- Cost comparison
- Difference between Purchase Order & Work Order
- Letter of Credit & Bank Guarantee
- Taxation Terms (International and Local laws)
- Cost Rationalization and negotiation.
- Qualities / Skills of a Good Purchase Engineer

Key Concepts in Post Order process
- Expediting the equipment and bulks
- Expediting tool and forms
- Inspection Release Certificate / Dispatch Clearance
- Punch list / Non-Conformance clearance
- Logistics and Shipment

Transportation of the Goods
- Modes of Transport in EPC Industry and Energy Projects
- INCOTERMS

T. EN Procurement Tools
- EPC-Biz, SPMAT, JEEVAN
- SAP, GEOS,

**Contract Management**
- Knowledge of EPC terms in Contract Management and defining them with various businesses,
- Licensing - IP laws in Contract Management,
- Drafting of Contracts and Negotiations with the Clinets and various types of vendors in all types of projects
- Trade Compliance in EPC business
- Claim management, How effectively working on claim Management and ensuring effectively cover the aspects of contracts
- Record Maintenance for various large size of projects
