1. Responsible for architectural concept planning and design of the projects.

2. Preparation of Layout Plans / Building Plans to be submitted to the competent authority.

3. Preparation of Demarcation and Zoning Plans.

4. Preparation of Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Terrace Plans, Basement and Stilt Plans, Area Statements.

5. Coordination with the sanctioning authorities regarding the queries to the submission drawings.

6. Also possess skills for coordination with site team and resolving day to day execution issues vis-à-vis planning provided.

7. Displays initiative towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

8. Self-Starter, Excellent leadership qualities & technically sound.

9. Excellent communication, Problem solving, management and organizational skills.

10. Proficient in English

11. Own transport and ability to travel within City, State/Region

**Responsibilities**

1. Coordinating the internal team of Patwari, Draughtsman (Architecture), coordinating with the Engineering Division, etc.

2. Maintains contact with all clients for the projects assigned to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

3. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

4. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
