Ability to follow the Prepare technical documentation on Solman Setup scenarios
Hands on experience in configuring SAP Solution Manager setup from scratch and End-to-End functionalities like, Manged system setup, EWA configuration, DVM activation, Charms, IT Service Desk setup, AUTOMATION etc.
Should have Good knowledge on SAP monitoring & automation Products like FRUN, LAMA etc. and Service Now / ticketing tool integration with Solman / other monitoring tools.
Good knowledge on SAP Architecture, Basis administration,
Architectural Knowledge of SAP running on Azure, AWS and GCP cloud platforms
Experience in ECC, BW, SCM/APO administration.
Good understanding on SAP Architecture, analysing Logs, Project support model etc.
working Experience on UNIX, LINUX & Windows based OS
Able to handle day to day Customer support issues.
Acquiring understanding of the underlying issues, SLA, ticketing tools etc. for daily project support needs.
Should be ready to work in rotational shift / 24x7 support model & in flexible hours & on need basis.
Customer and delivery focused
Knowledge on ITSM Tools e.g ServiceNow, SDM, BMC Remedy etc is mandatory
