As an Office Assistant with Flight Booking Experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting our team with travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:
Flight Booking: Utilize online booking platforms and direct communication with airlines to arrange flights for company personnel, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and adherence to travel policies.

Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring all arrangements align with the needs and preferences of travelers.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phones, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for travel-related inquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance to employees regarding travel arrangements and logistics.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to travel bookings, ensuring mínimal disruption to travel plans.

Compliance: Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring all travel arrangements are in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role, with specific experience in flight booking and travel coordination.

Familiarity with online booking platforms and reservation systems.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.

Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance standards.

Certification or training in travel management or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
