**Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India** is a combined Line of Business-aligned (LOB-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions. The CBB Finance team in Bengaluru supports the Consumer and Business Banking segment by offering financial analysis and reporting to various internal customers including Finance and Business Management leads and field finance management teams. This specific role of Associate (602) -Forecast Automation will be part of the Revenue Finance. Revenue forecasting / Budgeting is driven by the firm through F3 (Firmwide forecasting Framework) and the role would include owning, executing and also continuously improving / enhancing the forecast models on an ongoing basis driving better forecast accuracy with mínimal manual adjustments.

**Role and Responsibilities:
- Implementation of forecast models in F3 using python and other tech tools
- Monitoring the performance of models on an ongoing basis
- Coding enhancements to the forecast models related to methodology changes / resolution of INAs ("issues needing attention" from MRGR / Challenger / Audit group)
- Data transition from ICDW to CARI (defining attribute requirements, granularity)
- Building output dashboards and directly piping F3 output into Hadoop environment
- Front ending Model audits / reviews by the Model Review and governance team and also support documentation of model assumptions and approach for audit reviews.
- F3 execution during Budget / CCAR / Forecast runs and validation of inputs / outpots to the model in F3.

**Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications**:

- 10+ years' of experience in Techo-Functional role in Finance teams with exposure to revenue side of the PnL in the Banking Industry is preferable.
- The role is an **Individual Contributor role** and ability to work independently would a key expectation.
- Strong tech skills with knowledge of **Python and SQL**:

- Advanced Excel skills a must. VBA would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with multiple SMEs working on different sections of Revenue and translate learnings to changes / enhancements in the models.
