Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform Order Management activities using Oracle Business System.
- Ensure accurate entry of order information, updating of order information in a timely manner as per order requirements.
- Updating of CRM Order and Opportunity according to the Process and MRO Requirements
- Proactively drive and collaborate with World Wide Customer Service and Dubai Logistics teams for on time delivery - Provide support on shipment coordination with World Wide Customer Service, Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator, Forwarder, Third Party Agency (SGS) & Consignee.
- Provide monthly sales and booking forecasts (Backlog / POR).
- Maintain Order Booking On Time, On Time Delivery of Material and Customer Satisfaction.
- Prepare/send invoices and backup documents for product orders as per the contract / PO requirements.
- Maintain all Spares & Procurement records in line with the Emerson ISO 9001:2008 & 29001:2010 Quality standard, Trade compliance & Record retention requirements.
- Provide support to the Finance, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable groups as required. - Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
