**Urgent Requirement for Nursing Coordinator.**

**Location: Bangalore (Field Work).**

**Job Role**:They are responsible for managing, supervising, deploying and assisting the nursing staff, as well as providing administrative support and patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:
v Provide guidance to other nurses in the team.

v Ensure proper utilization of allotted nursing staffs.

v Assess all the new patients and prepare plan of nursing care to be explained and communicated to the treating nurse.

v Periodically re-assess all the patients to monitor and ensure effective patient care and quality

v Address any personal issues to promote a productive and supportive work environment.

v Oversee quality assurance activities and compliance to SOPs.

v Plan, implement, manage and evaluate infection prevention and control activities.

v Escalation to nursing lead of any emergency or unusual occurrence in the department

v Collaborate with top management, interdisciplinary teams and other stake holders in order to develop, implement and evaluate programs and services.

v Routinely review and validate all patient records to measure the quality,accuracy and adequacy of documentation

v Maintaining good inter personal relationship among all categories of staff and with patients and their relatives.

v Ensure good customer satisfaction and resolution of all patient or client complaints with the help of concerned team members.

v Regularly audit update medical records for all the patients who are assessed and treated.

v Orientation of new staff nursing clinical protocols and departmental Induction.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
