Dwarka Delhi Delhi, India IPSC - Pain & Spine Hospital Full time

Attending to patient enquiries / telephone calls and all activities relating to patient registration, admission, billing, report delivery and giving all possible care with a “SMILE”.
- Attending to all enquiries related to official & personal calls. Guiding the patients to various OPD/Clinics/Dept
- Controlling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Receiving mail / packets in the counter and helping in sending across to the office of administration.
- Issuing passes to the patients / attendants.
- Responsible for giving information brochure to all patients’ attendants.
- Making necessary arrangements for female attendant/sweeper etc. for the patients needs.
- Perform duties with a professional attitude and appearance according to the functional service standard of the hospital
- Responsible for keeping the attendance records of doctors / consultation / registration / billing.
- Sending messages to patient’s relatives/attendants and doctors.
- To be familiar with the Security and fire rules/regulations of the Hospital and its implementation in the Lobby/Waiting Room area.
- Preparation of patients file and keeping admission/registration records.
- To co-ordinate with pharmacy, reception, labs etc to confirm their various charges.
- Maintenance of furniture, equipment, stationery etc in the reception office.
- Record necessary information in the logbook

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
