**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Review and process invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Generate invoices according to customer specifications
- Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account status
- Reconcile accounts receivable records with general ledger
- Prepare monthly reports detailing account activity
- Assist customers with billing inquiries
- Process credit card and electronic payments
- Set up new customer accounts
- Update existing customer account information
- Manage collections for past due accounts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
- 1+ years experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Experience with invoicing, collections, and customer service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous data entry skills
