**Job Title**: Executive Assistant

**Reports To**: Director

**Position Summary**:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a critical support to the Director, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be involved in coordinating with various departments, handling confidential information, and supporting ongoing and upcoming projects.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Support**:

- Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and commitments are organized.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.

**2. Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating tasks for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate communication between the Director and other departments.

**3. Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records and databases, including project documentation.
- Prepare reports for the Director summarizing key metrics and project updates.

**4. Communication & Coordination**:

- Ensure effective communication between the Director and various departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Data Management**: Proficiency in data management tools like Excel.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
