Perform 2nd and 3rd line desktop support on Win 7, 8.1 and 10

Should be comfortable with all the SCCM features - software deployment, WSUS patching, report and OSD - image creation and deployment.

Should be comfortable with any shifts and rotational shifts.

**Communication skills**: Good verbal and written

**Working Experience**: Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Soft skills

**Education**: AS in related discipline or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry Certification may be required in some areas. ITIL, MCP, MCSE, SCCM 2007, SCCM 2016 SCCM 1602

**Direction of Others**: May provide general guidance or train lower level support staff.

**Key Working Relationships**: Primarily intra-organizational contacts works closely with customer on defining initial requirements.

**Job Family Responsibilities**: Participates in semi-complex technical assistance for service requests maintain patch compliance for outlined devices and assist as needed with other engineering functions. (Imaging, Scripting, etc) to support the end user client computing environment. Participates in recommending semi-complex upgrades and/or improvements to standardize the customer image platforms. Supports the day-to-day operations of release and test processes as required for software, security patch deployment and client configuration. Participates in Change Release meeting as required to support the release of approved patches and software to end user devices. Supports the requirement definition, analyzes and writes specifications when required.

Perform mass software deployment in a managed environment

Manage client devices (Win 7, 8.1 &10) via group policy - creation, modification, maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting.

Software metering setup, new rules etc

SQL query reporting

Patching monthly via WSUS, SCCM.

SCCM OSD/ standalone MDT - image creation, update, modification. New hardware validation, coordination with on site engineers, troubleshooting build issues,

Creation work instructions, knowledge bases

Should be comfortable with shifts. Should be feasible with NAM shifts & 247 shifts.

Would be plus if has knowledge and experience on bit locker, MBAM, etc.

Should be comfortable in managing BAU and mini project works related to SCCM upgrades, migration, Win 10 implementation etc. multi tasking capability.

Should help and coach less experienced team.

Effective engagement with customers.

**Key Focus and Objective for Role**:
Lead steady state and continuous improvement efforts for SCCM and Windows Client Devices.

Serve as a top tier escalation point, provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues

Liaise between customers and cross functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions

Review and oversee major changes to the SCCM infrastructure

Create and maintain system documentation

Design, diagnose and administrate SCCM components and Windows Client Devices

Own and lead discussions in customer facing information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Recommends solutions as appropriate

Responds daily to customer queries for information, instructions, updates and requests in a timely manner

Researches and develops work level instructions, process flows, and any required customer facing documentation

Produce and present reporting to customer and internal teams as scheduled or upon request

Makes recommendations to solutions team for automation and cost savings opportunities
