**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and are passionate about driving advertising revenue through in-person interactions. As a Field Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets within your designated territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Prospect and identify potential advertising clients within your assigned territory through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their advertising needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our advertising products and services.
- **Proposal Development**: Create customized advertising proposals and campaigns that align with client goals, target audience, and budget constraints.
- **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate advertising rates, contracts, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular progress updates to sales management.
- **Market Insight**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics within your territory to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and provide detailed reports to management regarding sales performance and forecasts.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in field sales, particularly in advertising or media sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms, digital marketing, and media buying is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
