Every day, millions of bottles, cans and containers are "processed" in Krones lines - in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries, dairy and liquid food industry as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and home & personal care industries. It is quite likely that the bottle of water, cola or juice in your hand is manufactured in one of the Krones lines Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global.
**Who are we looking for?**
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Administrator, who will manage and administer the ServiceNow platform including configuration, customization, and implementation of various modules. The position will be based out of Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Performing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including process flows, technical designs, and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to end-users.
- Staying informed about ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually improve platform utilization.
- Works with the rest of the ServiceNow platform team, Platform and Process Owners on configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Platform components.
- Have a software development background that will be enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation in ServiceNow.
Performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation.
- Extensive review of new version release notes by identifying and documenting changes to Platform functionality to understand impact (positive/negative) to implementation
- Ensure latest upgrades and features are enabled.
- Work with ServiceNow and the community by participating in local user groups and knowledge events to expand Platform knowledge and network.

**Education** Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or a comparable qualification.
**Experience**
8- 10 years of ServiceNow Administrator experience.
**Must-haves**:

- CSA ServiceNow Certificate
- Other platform focused module experience is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of Business Processes
- Understanding of admin activities on the platform (esp. basic scripting, data uploads, groups/roles management, patch management etc.)
- ServiceNow System Administrator training
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Advanced System Administration

SERVICENOW TRAININGS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow Fundamentals
- ServiceNow System Administration (CSA)
- ServiceNow Advanced System Administration
- Scripting in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Platform Implementation
- Application Creation in ServiceNow
ITIL v3 foundation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹25,000,000.00 per year
