**THE OPPORTUNITY:

This role will be critical in ensuring our sales team runs effectively through close partnership with the relevant function. Our sales team consists of 60+ individuals including Account executives, Sales Development Reps and Sales Engineers.
Within our company marketing and sales need to be aligned to ensure we are delivering on one target. This will provide you the opportunity to learn from our Director of Marketing operations who has extensive experience in the field, having worked previously as a consultant to top companies.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Salesforce software administration, including support of daily operations, configuration changes, reporting, training, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the best possible quality of Salesforce usage based on industry best practices.
- Support the sales process and enable the sales organization to execute the business plan, including CRM system, sales quoting, and sales reporting.
- Produce robust performance tracking and analysis of initiatives across Sales.
- Identify gaps and generate solutions that best address organizational needs.
- Establish global consistency in processes; maintain sales policies and guidelines.
- Start with understanding pre-identified issues, listen, assess and advise on a plan of action before starting to act on all changes. Take ownership of work and develop relationships within the strategy and sales team.
**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- SalesForce certification required up to XYZ level
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports
- Experience with Salesforce design patterns and principal, optimal code guidelines, and governor limits
- Experience in building lightning based UI blocks which can be used in lightning as well classic UI
- Should have experience with Lightning web component
- Strong excel and power point skills
- High level of initiative, detail orientation, and organization required, with the ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
NICE TO HAVE - Experience in:
- SaaS experience and/or legal services experience desirable Working knowledge of Outreach, Zoom Info, Aviso, Highspot and Marketo if a plus but not required.
