**Overview**:
The main focus is on UK market, so any experience in tele-sales in UK/US market will be beneficial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Utilize various channels, including social media, online platforms, and networking events, to generate leads.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their recruitment needs.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
