As the Financial Analysis Professional in our **Financial Analysis team**, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Financial Analysis is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong understanding of expense under Occupancy line and key drivers behind month on month movement vs Budget / Outlook. Support forecasting/Budgeting process for various expense within Occupancy section with an eye to expense trend & building categories. Drive month end closure by interacting with stakeholders and ensuring all the entries are accurately booked. Perform monthly adjustment of forecast based on actuals and known business scenario
- Plan, perform and execute end to end budget process at building level and finalize the overall Retail occupancy Budget
- Provide meaningful insights on the expense trend and explain business drivers in monthly actuals walk. Develop good business understanding and support the team on standard reporting, cost center hierarchy maintenance and projects
- Ensure all internal reporting are updated with branch planning decisions on a continuous basis. Support Portfolio analysis of building for actuals, forecast & budget, investigate key drivers of variance at building level on an ongoing basis
- Identify & measure risk and opportunity in building level forecast/ budget on an ongoing basis
- Track savings from closed branches and investigate on expense booked to exited buildings. Regular interaction with other real estate stakeholders to investigate variance and risk or opportunities to drive Forecast accuracy
- Deliver Ad hoc analysis on expense for Senior management with meaningful insights. Able to drive conversation with external vendors, negotiate the budget and review the financials

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA or equivalent degree in Accounts & Finance
- 8 + years of experience primarily in Financial Planning & Analysis role
- Strong communication skill needed as role involves interacting with various stakeholders
- Good excel and presentation skills needed
- Strong analytical thinking and an eye to business insights needed
