Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and target potential clients/customers through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients/customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable business agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer support) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least X years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Positive attitude, high level of integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,037.38 per month
