- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, building rapport and trust to secure long-term partnerships.
- Utilize ESSPL software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Follow up with leads and opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
- **Minimum of 6 months of experience** in inside sales, specifically within the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing concepts, technology roles, and industry trends.
- Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of empathy and understanding of client needs.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and follow-ups.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
