**Job Summary：**

ServiceNow Solution Architect will have responsibility for designing and supporting the ServiceNow platform modules in a global, enterprise level capacity, including integrations to other key platforms (i.e., Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle) within the business. This individual must have a solid understanding of system development and deployment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with information processing fundamentals and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop processes to mature the environment, with a special focus on continually improving customer experiences.
- Investigate and provide recommendations for best practice solutions for ITSM components.
- Remain up to date on latest functionality and product roadmap for ServiceNow.
- Participate in the development of business requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and processes.
- Conceptualize, design, and test ServiceNow solutions that deliver new system capabilities, system enhancements or workflow.
- Troubleshoot and analyze ITSM related issues and questions.
- Manage interfaces to other tools to enforce data integrity and availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, with 10 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform.
- Experienced/Good knowledge with relational databases and reporting.

**Key Competencies**:

- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM components including Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.
- Experienced in utilizing full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Promotion into Production.
- Experienced with system implementations and maintenance of a global platform.
- Focus on continuous improvement and interface simplification to ensure outstanding customer experiences with the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong coaching skills.
