- Social Media: "Planning, content development, optimisation and social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Tumbler). Lead generation through social media Social media posts and enquiries.
- Website management "Managing the website content and keeping it up-to date based on the various product launches.
- Social media optimisation through on-page submissions, meta-tag and alt-tag creation.
**OFFLINE**
- Should be well versed within the field of Event Management; Brand Management & Advertising
- Should be experienced in ATL & BTL Activation business with experience in Brand Building; Executing Brand Promotions; Brand visibility programs; Product Launches; Corporate Events; Hype Events; Trade Marketing, Retail Sampling, Road show, Direct Contact programs, rural marketing programs and Merchandising.
- Adept at managing internal and external resources with strong team-building, relationship management and people skills.
- Excelled in negotiations & Capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling crisis management.
- Good at logistics management
- Having a very good command skills in managing Vendors, Employees. Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.
- Coordinate & Execute strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing activities for Taskar’s B2B segments like Subscription Franchise & Healthcare Mall Franchise Programs exclusively.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing activities for Taskar’s B2C segments like Subscription 365 Plan & Healthcare Mall Sales (Pharmacy Sales, Clinic Sales, Dietician, Lab Health Café Sales Schemes etc) Programs exclusively.
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies and production companies.
- Manage & optimize In-house graphic designer.
- Write reports, specifications and creative briefs.
- Provide publicity and other collateral material support for local activities wherever required.
- Handling all outsourcing requirement
- Media Planning
**Qualifications**:
- Essential: MBA, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing communications (preferable - Healthcare industry)
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-urgency environment - Experience attending conferences, working meeting rooms and developing a good rapport with prospects
- Strong experience in relationship building
- Positive, can-do, hands on approach when faced with obstacles to success
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
