Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our interior design services.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Present our interior design solutions and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, showcasing our portfolio and expertise.

Collaborate with our design team to develop tailored proposals and design concepts that meet the clients' requirements.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the design and installation process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in the CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Creative mindset with a passion for interior design and aesthetics.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,704.33 - ₹53,274.97 per month
