Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure product meets standards
- Monitor and control the quality of materials and finished products during lamination, printing, and slitting
- Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies promptly.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality.
- Perform routine equipment checks and calibrations to maintain accuracy.
- Document and report quality issues and deviations to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years in quality control within the flexible packaging industry.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Diploma or graduate degree in Printing Technology, CIPET.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality control principles, manufacturing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work efficiently within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to evolving requirements.

**Experience**:

- Flexible Packaging Industry: 1 year (required)
