Location: Delhi, IN- Company: GMR Airports Limited**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Building an ethics culture in GMR group by
- Enhancing ethics awareness by education and interactions with employees, vendors etc.
- Development educational collateral for enhancing knowledge about COBCE & other Ethics related policies and whistleblower mechanism
- By getting involvement of Top management in driving ethical issues
**ORGANISATION CHART**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Accountabilities
- a)Enhancing Ethics Awareness by education and interactions with employees, vendors etc. in T&UI and Energy Sectors.
- Training modules for New Joiners, Vendors, middle managers,
- Awareness programs conducted for employees (New Joiners/Middle Managers)
- Proactively ensuring optimum participation of all the employees in Ethics Barometer Test.
- Addressing various functional issues faced by staff in attempting the Barometer test.
- Monitoring and Implementation of Ethics
- b) i) Evolving and developing quality training material and to use the same in training the employees across the 02 sectors - the existing GMR staff, new joiners, besides vendors/ JV staff apart from the outsourced staff
ii) Implementing and enhancing Ethics Barometer Test for wider sections of employees.

- c)Conducting surveys amongst employees including outsourced, vendors & their staff and get feedback on training and other ethics awareness initiatives in Energy and T&UI sectors

- Developing improvement action plans based on feedback received from all sources
- d)Publicity & promotion: Developing promotion material for spreading ethics awareness
- Ensuring optimum publicity of Ethics initiatives viz. distribution and affixing of Wallpapers, Posters, stickers, and scrollers.
- Periodically sending SMS to vendors - reasserting the importance of Ethical functioning.
- e) Organizing convening of Ethics Council meetings:
- Hold Ethics council Meetings for Energy & T&UI sectors, Preparation of MOM, Action Points and Agenda for the meetings
- f)Online new joiners test to be developed and implemented in T&UI and Energy Sector.
- Ensure new test developed
- Implement across all sect
- g)Support conducting of Ethical culture Audit (External &Internal)
- Conduct Ethics Audit Energy and TU&I with the help of local resources.
- Culture building activities of E&I
- Implementation of Ethics Culture audit report (External) wrt. Energy and T&UI
- h)Organizing R&R for ethical culture improvements - T&UI and Energy
- Identify R&R Winners
- Organizing Events
- Appreciation certificates.
- i)Ethical culture Web page maintenance
- Maintain and develop content for Ethics Webpage
- Tracking usage and promoting its usage
- j)Rewards & recognition
- Implement rewards & recognition for employees for contributions to betterment of ethics in GMR
- k)Whistle Blower Cases
l)Intelligence Collections and Investigation of instances of misconduct.
Investigation of Whistle Blower Cases.
KPMG Trend Analysis
Support submission of Quarterly reporting of WB cases to Audit Committee
Maintaining and updating relevant WB cases data
Collecting relevant intelligence on Ethical wrongdoings.
Raising of Suomoto Alerts.
Investigating concerns / matters of suspected misconducts / wrongdoings and preparing reports for Management
**EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**:
Using external consultants for ethics programs where required
Collect best practices from industry leaders in ethics in conferences, personal meeting, and discussions with major players in the market.
**INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**:
Educate people in the organization and among vendors about ethics
Interact with all depts. including HR, Legal, and MAG etc.. to implement ethics developmental initiatives uniformly across T&UI and Energy
Interact with BHRs, Corporate Communication, IT, for development and implementation of Developmental initiatives.
**FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS**:
Preparation of AOP and Quarterly of Monitoring of allotted budget and its proper utilization.
**OTHER DIMENSIONS**:
- Implementation of Barometer, Survey, Website, Council, Ethics training & Movies are all group-wide activities
- taking care of entire group employee, approx... 5500 nos. Interactions with HODs & BHR group-wide is required.
- Training is conducted by E&I team in T&UI and Energy - I need to share common training material and coordinate implementation of trainings/ workshops T&UI and Energy.
**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Relevant experience in the fields of training, education, program management and/ or having domain knowledge of Infrastructure industry
- Personality traits of good communication, inquisitiveness, intelligence, tenacity & good organizing skills are important
- Experience: cross functional & cross business/ sectoral experience of over + 09 years is valuable
