**Responsibilities**:

- Note: Should be a recent graduate in HR specialization. This is a 3 to 6 months internship designed for new graduates only
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Recent Graduate who completed either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Prior internship experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week during regular business hours.
- Must be able to work from our Bangalore campus 3 days a week
