**Your field of responsibility**

As a part of your role, your responsibility includes:

- We offer you the opportunity to optimally handle workforce administration, employee lifecycle and exit administration
- We also offer you the responsibility to take ownership of caller queries, provide active support to employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes across the world
- The role includes performing transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer
- This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time
- The role also provides you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes
- We also offer you the opportunity to collaborate with Operation Leads, Stakeholders and Operation Managers to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users etc.)

**Your future colleagues**:
You will be a crucial member of the My HR Services & Solutions Management Team, responsible for leading HR core process for all Credit Suisse employees. The team consists of 250 colleagues, and we are all passionate about HR topics and love to work collaboratively. We are actively working on process re-engineering with digital solutions for colleagues who are looking for changing environment with Agile and Lean approach. We also have various career opportunities for our colleagues through Rotation program which helps explore different HR processes and a robust growth and development strategy.

**Your skills and experience**

We are looking for:

- You have 3+ years of proven work experience
- You have expert knowledge of MS office Products
- You have hands on experience of working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.
- You have solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- You have proven work experience in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes
- You have a Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage
- You have serviced multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred
- You have experience working with partners across regions, and proven to be able to work across cultures
- You are comfortable improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently
- You are reliable, patient, resilient and service oriented
- You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice
- You are flexible, able to learn new solutions and systems quickly
- You are self-starter, motivated for professional development
- You are flexible working in shifts
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of an additional language is good, as the individual may sometime be a backup to EMEA team too
