**Job Type**: [Full-time/Part-time]

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable C&F (Clearing and Forwarding) Agent to manage the clearing and forwarding of goods for our company. As a C&F Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, clearing customs, and managing documentation related to imports and exports. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers and will be the primary point of contact for logistics coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the complete clearing and forwarding process for imported and exported goods.
- Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies regarding imports/exports.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouses for smooth logistics operations.
- Track and trace shipments, ensuring that goods are delivered on time.
- Handle any issues or delays in the shipment process and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including documentation, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Advise clients on customs and excise duties, taxes, and other import/export-related charges.
- Ensure that shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and secured to prevent damage during transit.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a C&F Agent, customs clearance agent, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export laws, and customs processes.
- Good understanding of logistics management, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with managing both air and sea freight.
- Familiarity with various types of shipping, such as FCL (Full Container Load), LCL (Less Than Container Load), and bulk shipping.
- Knowledge of handling perishable or hazardous goods.
