Responsibilities:

- Provide academic advising and counseling to law students on course selection, academic planning, and degree requirements, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.
- Assist students in setting academic and career goals, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and developing personalized plans for academic success.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to address academic concerns, provide support during challenging times, and offer guidance on study habits and time management.
- Collaborate with faculty members and academic administrators to coordinate support services and resources for students, including tutoring, academic workshops, and study groups.
- Stay informed about changes to the legal profession, including trends in legal education, the job market, and licensure requirements, and provide relevant information to students.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and information sessions on topics related to legal education, career development, and professional ethics.
- Assist students with internship and externship placements, including resume preparation, interview skills, and networking strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, academic progress, and support services provided, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and university administration, advocating for the needs and interests of law students.
- Participate in professional development activities, including conferences, seminars, and continuing education programs, to enhance counseling skills and stay current in the field of academic advising.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
