**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop detailed design specifications, unit test plans, and high-quality code.
- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
- Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
- Work with the team through the entire development cycle, from design through deployment and monitoring.
- Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), propose and implement solutions.
- Application Performance tune-up, production bug fixes and active participation in deployment.
- Working in Scrum framework following Agile Methodologies.

**Who should apply**:

- 8 to 12 years of experience working with Frontend technologies.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript - React JS.
- Evidence of working with existing systems and learning new codebases.
- Should have experience using any data analytics tool.
- Exposure to A/B testing.
- Player experience would be an additional advantage (HLS.js / Video.js / Shaka.js )
