**Job Title**: IT Post Sales Executive
**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹35,000 (Based on Experience and Skill)
**Location**: Office Onsite
As an **IT Post Sales Executive**, you will play a key role in the post-sales process, ensuring smooth lead conversion, deal closure, and efficient project management and delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that all documentation and processes related to project completion are handled professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion & Deal Closing**:
- Follow up on sales leads generated by the pre-sales team.
- Convert leads into deals by addressing client needs and presenting customized solutions.
- Manage negotiations and close deals to ensure project acquisition.
- **Project Management & Delivery**:
- Oversee the entire project life cycle from post-sale to delivery.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Ensure proper communication with clients throughout the project to address any concerns or updates.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Prepare all necessary documentation related to the sale, including contracts, agreements, and project plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project milestones, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations in documentation and delivery.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and address any queries or issues that arise during project execution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services during the project delivery phase.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**:
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of IT project management and delivery processes.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in post-sales, project management, or related roles, preferably in IT services.
