- We are an IT service company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Our back office will focus on all our sales, customer service, operations & remote IT support.
- Our Target market is Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
- All our current clients are based in UAE.
We are looking for self-driven **Telesales Executives** to join our internal remote Sales team.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to acquire new quality clients for the company and to achieve your monthly sales quota.
As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
The mode of communication will be English.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation (Tele Sales/cold-calling).
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Increase Company client base with quality customers.
- Schedule & Coordinate meetings of potential clients with the sales team.
- Entering, updating & maintaining clients details into CRM.
- To retain existing customers and up sell services to achieve customer retention.
- Ability to self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, contact circle, and referrals.
**Preferred skills**:
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
- Excellent selling skills.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
Timing: UAE 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM) Monday to Saturday. Sunday Holiday.
**NOTE: This is pure outbound sales calling with monthly sales targets.**
**Salary + Commission based on target achievements.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
