Store Incharge

Duties:

- Experience 4 to 6 years in Automobile
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to sell products effectively and upsell when possible
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
