**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, pricing, and inventory information.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new e-commerce platforms suitable for listing our products, considering target audience, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce platform representatives, negotiate favourable terms, and secure partnerships for new product listings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of product listing strategies and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, customer reviews, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce platform policies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize online sales potential.
- Continuously optimize product listings by incorporating keywords, utilizing search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock availability, and fulfil customer orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and present insights on sales performance, product listing effectiveness, and market trends to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product descriptions, marketing collateral, and promotional materials to support product listing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Listing Professional or in a similar role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on e-commerce platforms and product listing optimization.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics, including product listing best practices, search algorithms, and customer experience optimization.
- Experience in identifying and onboarding new e-commerce platforms for product listings, considering target audience, market reach, and competitive advantages.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets through effective product listing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize product listings and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with e-commerce platform representatives.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platform tools, analytics software, and other relevant sales-related tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and high-quality product listings.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
